Henning Meier

Henning Meier

CEO and Partner

Henning Meier has his education from BI Oslo and ESADE Business & Law School. He has 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and corporate management, as well as business development in the international pharmaceutical industry. He has been marketing and product manager at AstraZeneca in Oslo and Madrid, and led Johnson & Johnson's CNS division in Norway. Henning is a co-founder of several Norwegian brand companies with an international presence and has for a number of years been involved in projects within mental health and vaccine development for developing countries. Henning loves people and their stories. He is passionate about good customer journeys and the philosophy that it is the user's needs that should govern the development of products.

Svein Øverland

Svein Øverland

Senior partner and Founder

Svein Øverland is a psychologist (1996) with a clinical specialty in child and adolescent psychology and family therapy (2005) and has specialized in forensic psychiatry. Svein is employed as head of the National Unit for Forensic Psychiatric Expertise and is an adviser to the Detention Department in Trondheim Prison and the Police. He is currently on part-time leave at the Competence Center for Security, Prison, and Forensic Psychiatry at the Brøset ward.
Svein has further education in, among other things, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), Aggression Replacement therapy (ART), trauma treatment (EMDR). Svein has written three textbooks; Self-harm: a practical approach (2006), Stalking: understanding, risk assessment and management (2012), and the Bonus family (2020), and contributed as a chapter author in nine other books. Together with psychologist Hans Andreas Knudsen, he also has the psychology-based show "Når ulven kommer (When the Wolf Comes)" at the House of Literature in Trondheim and Trønder-TV.

Patrick Vogel

Patrick A. Vogel

Partner and Strategic Advisor

Patrick A. Vogel is a professor emeritus in clinical adult psychology at the Department of Psychology at NTNU and a strategic advisor at Superego. His research is directed towards mental disorders, especially in the development of new treatment methods based on cognitive behavioral therapy and metacognitive therapy, and has participated in several projects on the treatment of depression, personality disorders, and anxiety disorders. He has also led several projects in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). He has recently completed two studies using video conferencing technology as part of the successful treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder and led a study of metacognitive therapy methods in the treatment of social phobia in adults. In addition, he is now one of the leaders of a longitudinal project that studies what is important in the development of therapeutic skills among our therapists. He actively participates in the Overvinne Video clinic and he is in demand as a lecturer about the benefits and challenges of video therapy.

Børge has a master's degree in technology management from Washington State University USA. He has 20 years of experience in product management from large international companies to small start-up companies. He has in-depth experience with the development, sales, and marketing of SaaS solutions and is well acquainted with the principles of design thinking, lean start-up, agile development, and growth hacking. Børge is passionate about creating good customer and user experiences, and values ​​creativity while working in order to create structure and efficiency in the operation of the companies.

Geir Fjeldvig

Geir has been associated with SuperEgo AS since 2014 and has extensive experience with digital health solutions. His specialities include software testing, optimization of user experience, content production, analysis of user data and digital marketing. Geir has a bachelor's degree in social sciences with a specialization in psychology and a year of study in philosophy from NTNU.

Marita has worked with people for seven years through service, customer support, guidance, and sales. In SuperEgo, Marita has the role of clinic coordinator and customer support. She takes care of both our psychologists' and clients' needs and ensures communication between these and our managers.

Jøran Bjerksetmyr

Jøran Bjerksetmyr

IT manager

Jøran has a degree in computer engineering from Sør-Trøndelag University College and a master's degree in technology management from NTNU. He has many years of experience as an IT consultant and has previously worked as a developer, team leader, and project manager at Oslo Municipality, and product owner for the Norwegian Health Network. At SuperEgo, he is responsible for IT, which involves IT strategy, development, operations, architecture, and project management. Jøran is concerned with creating user-friendly IT solutions that put the user in focus.
